Shipping Update

After some consideration and discussion with fellow reptile breeders, we have decided to offer shipping with UPS via ShipYourReptiles.com with some certain conditions. Now added to our Terms is the following;
“If a customer wishes to use UPS through ShipYourReptiles.com, we are happy to oblige however, if their are any problems for which UPS is at fault, our Live Arrival Guarantee is void. For more information on why this is our policy, click here.”
We do not wish to discourage our customers by refusing to offer the service, however we will not be held liable for the mishaps that have resulted when we have attempted to use UPS. Customers may choose UPS over FedEx at their own risk and agree to these terms upon sending payment.
The SYR snake shipping exemption has been REVOKED. We will not longer be using SYR for reptile shipments (we actually won’t be using SYR at all because of the behavior of their spokesperson, Robyn). We are aware of another company that has been going through testing these last several months for reptile shipping with UPS and we will be working with them for customers who desire the use of UPS.
